The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has conducted a sting\noperation (OTT) at the National Land Agency (BPN) in Bogor Regency. This\noperation is related to alleged bribery in the administration of\nBuilding Use Rights (HGB).<\/p>\n
\u201cThis caught-in-the-act event is suspected to be related to the HGB\nprocessing in the Bogor Regency area, as well as involving allegations\nof other forms of receiving [illegal] funds,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson Budi\nPrasetyo at the KPK Building, South Jakarta, on Monday (14\/09\/2026).<\/p>\n
Budi stated that the HGB administration in question took place in the\nBogor Regency area. One of the parties involved is a private company\noperating in the property sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the Bogor Regency area, the party involved is Summarecon. We will\nprovide further details later regarding the specific individuals\ndetained during this sting operation,\u201d Biddie said.<\/p>\n
A total of 17 people have been detained by the KPK. Among those\ncaught include the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and\nEnforcement (PPTR), Lampri; the Head of the Bogor Land Office, Sontang\nCoin Manurung; and the Head of the Tangerang Land Office, Tardi.<\/p>\n
\u201cAmong them are a Director General within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN,\nthe Head of the Land Office in Bogor Regency, the Head of the Land\nOffice in Tangerang, and several other parties,\u201d Budi explained.<\/p>\n
Budi mentioned that the commission will still conduct an exposure or\ncase review. Currently, those detained in the sting operation are still\nbeing held as witnesses for questioning.<\/p>\n
