The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently verifying the periodic wealth reports (LHKPN) of various officials, including 38 members of the Merah Putih Cabinet and President Prabowo Subianto, with a 60-day working period from the 31 March deadline before publication on their website. This follows a letter from Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) demanding explanations for the delay in displaying these reports, which encompass 16 ministers, 20 deputy ministers, and 2 agency heads as of 4 May 2026. The verification process underscores ongoing transparency efforts in government asset declarations, allowing public input via the e-LHKPN portal to ensure completeness and accuracy.

The deadline for periodic LHKPN reports is 31 March. The KPK has 60
working days to conduct verification, meaning that reports submitted on
31 March are still within the 60-day period for verification before
being published,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK
building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/5/2026). If the
LHKPN has passed verification and is deemed complete, Budi said the data
will be displayed on the KPK’s LHKPN website. The public can access
these LHKPN reports on the page provided by the KPK. “On the e-LHKPN
page, we have also provided a menu that anyone, including the public,
can click if they know of an LHKPN report from an official that is
incomplete or incorrect. Please provide input there. When input is given
in the system, we will check and verify it,” Budi stated. This LHKPN
matter addressed by the KPK relates to a letter from the Indonesia
Corruption Watch (ICW) team to the anti-corruption agency today. ICW
requested that the KPK provide an explanation regarding the LHKPN of
several Merah Putih Cabinet members that have not yet been displayed.
“Specifically, we sent a letter to the KPK’s Information and
Documentation Management Officer (PPID). The letter we submitted
requests information from the KPK regarding an explanation as to why
there are 38 Merah Putih Cabinet members, including President Prabowo
Subianto, whose wealth reports as state officials have not been listed
on the KPK’s e-LHKPN website,” said ICW researcher Yassar Aulia at the
KPK building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/5). Based on
ICW records, there are 38 cabinet members whose LHKPN have not been
displayed, plus the President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. ICW’s
record of the 38 individuals in the Merah Putih Cabinet whose LHKPN have
not been displayed is as of 4 May 2026. “Of the 38 cabinet members, at
least we see there are 16 ministers, 20 deputy ministers, and 2 agency
heads,” he said. Yassar asked the KPK to explain why several LHKPN have
not yet been displayed. Especially since it has been more than one month
since the KPK stated that the President and Vice President had already
submitted their LHKPN. “It feels like a period of more than one month is
sufficient, even more than enough, for the KPK to conduct verification
and examination of the reports that have already been submitted.
Hopefully at the latest by 31 March,” Yassar said.
",
