The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized Rp106 billion\nin cash during a sting operation (OTT) within the Ministry of Agrarian\nAffairs and Spatial Planning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN).<\/p>\n
The funds serve as evidence related to the alleged irregular\nprocessing of Building Use Rights (HGB) in the Bogor Regency area, as\nwell as other suspected illicit payments.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe KPK has also secured several pieces of evidence, including\nelectronic evidence and cash totalling approximately Rp106.3 billion,\u201d\nstated the Acting Head of KPK Investigations, Achmad Taufik Husein, on\nTuesday (15\/09\/2026).<\/p>\n
Taufik revealed that the money was discovered in several locations,\nincluding the residence of Arif Sugiyanto (the former Regent of Kebumen\nand a trusted associate of Minister of ATR\/BPN Nusron Wahid). The funds,\nfound in several red suitcases, consisted of Indonesian Rupiah and\nvarious foreign currencies, specifically Rp31.86 billion, US$2,611,500,\nS$1,974,500, SAR 910 (Saudi Arabian Riyal), and RM 981 (Malaysian\nRinggit).<\/p>\n
Additionally, cash amounting to Rp896 million was found at the\nresidence of Rizal Pahlevi (a private individual), Rp8 million at the\nhome of the Head of the Rights Determination and Land Registration\nSection at the Bogor I Land Office, Zimamun Ni\u2019am Aulawi, and Rp49.5\nmillion at the home of the Head of the Bogor I Land Office, Sontang Coin\nManurung.<\/p>\n
Eight individuals have been named as suspects, including Fahd El Fouz\n(alias Fahd A Rafiq), Sontang Coin Manurung (Head of the Bogor I Land\nOffice), Arif Sugiyanto (former Regent of Kebumen), and Adrianto Pitojo\nAdhi (President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk). Also named are the\nDirector General of Land and Spatial Control and Enforcement at the\nMinistry of ATR\/BPN, Lampri, alongside Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rizal\nPahlefi.<\/p>\n
