        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)\nseized a container at Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang, suspected to belong\nto an importer affiliated with PT Blueray, on Tuesday (12\/5\/2026). The\nseizure was carried out in connection with an alleged corruption case\ninvolving the importation of goods at the Directorate General of Customs\n(Ditjen Bea Cukai). \u201cOn Tuesday (12\/5\/2026), investigators proceeded\nwith a search and seizure of the container suspected to belong to an\nimporter affiliated with Blueray. The container remains at Tanjung Emas\nPort, where the owner has not submitted an Import Goods Notification to\nCustoms (BC) for more than 30 days,\u201d said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo\nin a statement on Wednesday (13\/5\/2026). Budi stated that the container\ncontains goods classified as prohibited or restricted for import, namely\nvehicle spare parts. The KPK initially named six suspects in this case:\nthe Director of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General\nof Customs (P2 DJBC) for the 2024-2026 period, Rizal; the Head of the\nSubdirectorate of Intelligence P2 DJBC, Sisprian Subiaksono; and the\nHead of the Customs Intelligence Section DJBC, Orlando Hamonangan, on\nThursday (5\/2\/2026). The others are the owner of PT Blueray, John Field;\nthe Head of the Import Documents Team at PT Blueray, Andri; and the\nOperations Manager of PT Blueray, Dedy Kurniawan. Most recently, the KPK\nnamed the Head of the Excise Intelligence Section for Enforcement and\nInvestigation (P2) DJBC, Budiman Bayu Prasojo, as a suspect on Friday\n(27\/2\/2026). KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu\nsaid that John Field wanted the counterfeit or fake goods imported by\nhis company, PT Blueray, to enter Indonesia without inspection. Asep\nexplained that the criminal conspiracy between PT Blueray and several\nparties at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise began in\nOctober 2025. From the Directorate General of Customs and Excise side,\nthere were Sisprian Subiaksono as Head of Subdirectorate of Intelligence\nP2 DJBC and Orlando Hamonangan as Head of Intelligence Section DJBC.\nFrom PT Blueray at that time, there were John Field as owner of PT\nBlueray, Andri from the import documents team at PT Blueray, and Dedy\nKurniawan as Operations Manager of PT Blueray. \u201cA criminal conspiracy\noccurred between ORL, SIS, and other parties with JF, AND, and DK to\narrange the planning of import routes for goods entering Indonesia,\u201d\nAsep clarified. However, according to the Minister of Finance Regulation\n(Permenkeu), two categories of routes have been established for the\nservice and supervision of imported goods to determine the level of\ninspection before release from the customs area. The three are also\ncharged with violating Article 12 B of Law No.\u00a031 of 1999 jo. Law No.\u00a020\nof 2021 jo. Article 20 jo. Article 21 of Law No.\u00a01 of 2023 on the\nCriminal Code. Meanwhile, John Field, Andri, and Dedy Kurniawan, as the\ngivers, are charged with violating Article 605 paragraphs 1 a and b and\n606 paragraph 1 of Law No.\u00a01 of 2023 on the Criminal Code.<\/p>",
