        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has\nscheduled summonses for two members of the House of Representatives (DPR\nRI) who are suspects in a corruption case involving the misallocation of\ncorporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from Bank Indonesia (BI) and\nthe Financial Services Authority (OJK), namely Heri Gunawan (HG) and\nSatori (S).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have communicated with the investigators. For Mr HG and S, we\nwill likely summon them soon and take coercive measures,\u201d said KPK\nDeputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu at the KPK\u2019s Red\nand White Building in Jakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, he stated that the KPK is thoroughly examining\nstatements received by investigators during the ongoing probe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not only about the distribution of the CSR funds themselves,\nbut also how they were used, whether they were truly allocated for their\nintended purposes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if there was political pressure in the BI-OJK CSR case\ninvestigation leading to the suspects not being detained, he assured\nthere was none.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no political involvement. However, this is purely technical\nin our investigation process, as we must verify exactly how every rupiah\nof the CSR funds was spent,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK is currently investigating allegations of corruption in the\nallocation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds, as well as in\nthe use of BI\u2019s Social Program (PSBI) and Financial Services Counsellor\n(PJK) funds from 2020 to 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The case originated from PPATK\u2019s transaction analysis report and\npublic complaints, with the KPK commencing a general investigation in\nDecember 2024.<\/p>\n<p>KPK investigators have conducted raids at several locations suspected\nof holding evidence related to the case.<\/p>\n<p>These included the BI building on Thamrin Street in Central Jakarta,\nsearched on 16 December 2024, and the OJK office, searched on 19\nDecember 2024.<\/p>\n<p>On 7 August 2025, the anti-corruption agency formally named Satori\n(ST) and Heri Gunawan (HG), members of the DPR RI\u2019s Commission XI for\nthe 2019-2024 term, as suspects. Both currently serve in the 2024-2029\nDPR term.<\/p>",
