        "content": "<p>Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has stated that\nsummoning Audit Board (BPK) member Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi depends on the\nneeds of investigators to uncover the alleged bribery case involving the\nconditioning of BPK findings on the Muara Enim Regency Government. \u201cThe\nsummoning of any witness is, of course, based on the needs of the\ninvestigation process,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK\u2019s\nMerah Putih Building in Jakarta on Wednesday evening (17\/6). Therefore,\nBudi said the possibility of summoning anyone as a witness in the case\nis always open if investigators require their testimony. \u201cThere is\nalways the possibility for investigators to summon any witness whose\nknowledge is needed to explain and clarify the construction of the case,\nthereby assisting this investigation process, including to complete the\ninvestigation files of the parties who have been named as suspects or if\nthere is new material later,\u201d he said. Meanwhile, he stated that the KPK\nis currently investigating the role of a private party who has been\nnamed as one of the suspects in the case, namely Augusz Dewanggara alias\nAngga. \u201cWe are investigating the role of this private party. Five people were arrested in\nJakarta, and five others in South Sumatra. In the KPK\u2019s 12th OTT of\n2026, Muara Enim Regent Edison was one of the parties arrested. On 9\nJune 2026, the KPK named four suspects in the alleged bribery case\nrelated to the procurement of goods and services and other receipts\nwithin the Muara Enim Regency Government for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.\nThe four suspects are Edison, Muara Enim Education and Culture Agency\nSecretary Abi Nurwardani, PT Millenium Solusi Abadi marketing employee\nCory Erin Hardi, and Adi Triyadi, who is Edison\u2019s nephew. The KPK then\nconducted a follow-up OTT on 10 June 2026, arresting five state civil\nservants (ASN) from the BPK. This operation became the KPK\u2019s 13th OTT of\n2026. On 11 June 2026, the KPK named five people as suspects in the\nalleged bribery case for conditioning the BPK audit on the Muara Enim\nRegency Government for the 2025 fiscal year. They are Edison, Cory Erin\nHardi, PT Millenium Solusi Abadi Director Fika Nur Alawi, Augusz\nDewanggara as a private party, and BPK ASN who previously served as Head\nof the Audit Team for the BPK South Sumatra Representative Office, Titin\nRita Lestari.<\/p>",
