        "content": "<p>The KPK has completed a search of the Summarecal Agung Tbk office\nregarding a bribery case involving the unblocking of Right to Build\n(HGB) land in Bogor, West Java. Investigators discovered SHGB documents\nand evidence related to the blocking of this land dispute case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome of the seized evidence includes documents and electronic\nevidence, including SHGB documents related to the case; documents\nrelated to the finances of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and its connection to\nPT KCJA; as well as electronic evidence regarding the blocking of land\ndisputes in the Bogor region,\u201d explained KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo\nto journalists on Friday (18\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Budi stated that all seized evidence was immediately taken by\ninvestigators for further examination and analysis. He explained that\nthe series of searches is not yet complete, as investigators are still\ntracing other locations for potential raids related to this case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe series of searches is not over. Investigators are still moving\ntowards the next search locations. We will continue to provide updates\non the developments,\u201d he clarified.<\/p>\n<p>It is known that KPK investigators conducted the search at the\nSummarecon Agung Tbk office today, starting from 10:00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK also previously conducted searches in three\ndirectorate-general offices within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN on Thursday\n(17\/9). The three offices searched were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>The Directorate General of Land and Space Control and\nEnforcement;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>The Directorate General of Land and Space Survey and\nMapping;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>The Directorate General of Land Rights Determination and\nRegistration.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The KPK has named eight suspects in this case, namely:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Lampri (LMP), Director General of Land and Space Control and\nEnforcement at ATR\/BPN;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Sontang Coin Manurung (SON), Head of the Bogor Regency Land\nOffice I;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Adrianto Pitojo Adi (ADR), President Director of\nSummarecon;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Arif Sugiyanto (ARF), a private individual suspected to be a\nconfidant of Minister of ATR\/BPN Nusron Wahid;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Fahd El Fouz or Fahd A Rafiq (FEZ), a private individual\nsuspected to be a confidant of Minister of ATR\/BPN Nusron\nWahid;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Rizal Pahlevi (LEV), a private individual;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Erwin (ERW), a private individual suspected to be a confidant of\nMinister of ATR\/BPN Nusron Wahid;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Muhammad Fakhry (MF), a private, suspected to be a confidant of\nMinister of ATR\/BPN Nusron Wahid.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The KPK has also seized Rp 106.3 billion in this case, marking the\nlargest amount seized in the history of KPK sting operations (OTT).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summarecon Responds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) has addressed the case being\ninvestigated by the KPK. Summarecon acknowledged that the HGB in\nquestion belongs to a subsidiary of the company. However, as of now,\nthere has been no change to the legal status of the HGB\ncertificates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe SHGB currently being processed belongs to a subsidiary of the\ncompany and is in the process of subdivision; as of now, there has been\nno change in the legal status because the processing is still ongoing,\u201d\nthe Summarecon Agung management wrote, as quoted from an Information\nDisclosure on Wednesday (16\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Management stated that the initial request for information from the\nKPK is still ongoing. SMRA also ensured that the news has not impacted\nthe HGB status or the company\u2019s operational activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs of now, there has been no impact from the news and\/or the\nexamination process on the Company, including the status of HGB, assets,\nprojects, operational activities, or the company\u2019s financial condition,\u201d\nthey explained.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the President Director, SMRA Director Lydia Tjio has\nalso undergone questioning by the KPK. The company stated it will comply\nwith all applicable laws and regulations regarding the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn line with this, the Company respects the ongoing legal process at\nthe KPK and is acting cooperatively with the relevant parties in\naccordance with applicable provisions,\u201d she said.<\/p>",
