        "content": "<p>KPK Raids Summarecon Office over ATR\/BPN Bribery Case<\/p>\n<p>Reporter<\/p>\n<p>September 18, 2026 | 02:19 pm<\/p>\n<p>TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication\nCommission (KPK) raided the offices of property developer Summarecon\nAgung as part of an investigation into alleged land certificate bribery\nwithin the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning\/National\nLand Agency (ATR\/BPN). The operation was carried out in East Jakarta on\nFriday, September 18, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a forced search effort conducted during the initial stage of\ninvestigation into this case,\u201d KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said in a\nwritten statement on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the search aimed to gather additional evidence\nfollowing a sting operation across Greater Jakarta on Monday, September\n14, 2026. However, he stopped short of detailing what items were seized\nfrom Summarecon\u2019s office during the operation.<\/p>\n<p>According to Budi, the search remains underway. \u201cThe raid, which\nbegan around 10:00 a.m., continues into this afternoon,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to searching Summarecon, KPK investigators raided three offices\ninside the Ministry of ATR\/BPN headquarters on Thursday, September 17,\n2026. The searches targeted offices belonging to the Director General of\nLand and Spatial Control and Enforcement (PPTR), the Director General of\nSurvey and Spatial Mapping (SPPR), and the Director General of Land\nRights Determination and Registration (PHPT).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding the evidence seized by investigators during today\u2019s\nsearch, it includes several documents and electronic devices,\u201d Budi\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Budi explained that the seized materials pertain to administrative\nservice procedures within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN. Investigators will\nextract, review, and analyze the data to piece together the bribery\nscheme.<\/p>\n<p>The anti-graft agency has named eight suspects in the bribery case.\nThey include Director General of PPTR Lampri, Head of the Bogor Land\nOffice Sontang Coin Manurung, Summarecon Agung President Director\nAdrianto Pitoyo Adhi, private businessman Rizal Pahlevi, and four\nassociates of ATR\/BPN Minister Nusron Wahid: Arif Sugiyanto, Fahd El\nFouz (also known as Fahd A. Rafiq), Muhammad Fakhry, and Erwin.<\/p>\n<p>Rulli Lazuardi, Corporate Communications for Summarecon Agung, stated\nthat the company respects the KPK\u2019s ongoing legal proceedings. Rulli\naffirmed Summarecon\u2019s willingness to cooperate with KPK investigators\nhandling the probe. \u201cWe are ready to collaborate with all parties in\naccordance with applicable regulations so this legal process can be\nresolved properly,\u201d Rulli told Tempo when contacted on Wednesday,\nSeptember 16, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy ATR\/BPN Minister Ossy Dermawan stated that the ministry is\nfully prepared to assist the KPK\u2019s anti-corruption investigation.
