This search is\nrelated to the alleged bribery case involving the management of Right to\nBuild (HGB) land titles, which has implicated the Director General of\nthe Ministry of ATR\/BPN, Lampri, as a suspect.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday, investigators carried out another search operation. This\ncoercive measure was conducted at the Mojokerto City Land Office,\u201d said\nKPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists on Wednesday\n(23\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Budi did not explain the specific connection between the search at\nthe Mojokerto Land Office and the alleged land management case involving\nLampri and others as suspects. He noted that the search was still\nongoing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe search is currently still in progress. We will continue to\nprovide updates on every development,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>As information, the KPK has identified eight cases related to the\nalleged bribery regarding the unblocking of Summarecon land in Bogor\nRegency. Additionally, the KPK is investigating allegations of the sale\nand purchase of positions within the Ministry of ATR\/BPN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding other alleged receipts, including internal receipts\nrelated to rotations, promotions, or mutations of positions, it is\nsuspected that the receipts made by certain individuals within the\nMinistry of ATR\/BPN are also related to other land services,\u201d explained\nKPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK building in Kuningan, South\nJakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the list of the eight suspects in this case:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Lampri (LMP), Director General of Land and Spatial Control and\nEnforcement at ATR\/BPN;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Sontang Coin Manurung (SON), Head of the Bogor Regency I Land\nOffice;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Adrianto Pitojo Adi (ADR), President Director of\nSummarecon;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Arif Sugiyanto (ARF);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Fahd El Fouz or Fahd A Rafiq (FEZ);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Rizal Pahlevi (LEV), a private individual;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Erwin (ERW);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Muhammad Fakhry (MF).<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The KPK has seized Rp 106.3 billion in this case. This amount is the\nlargest ever recorded during a KPK sting operation (OTT).<\/p>",
