The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the Acting\nHead of the Department of Public Works and Construction (BMBK) of\nCentral Lampung Regency, Elvita Maylani (EM), and the Chairman of the\nGeneral Election Commission (KPU) of Central Lampung, Gunarto (GUN), as\nwitnesses in the alleged corruption case involving the inactive Regent\nof Central Lampung, Ardito Wijaya (AW).<\/p>\n
\u201cThe examination took place at the KPK\u2019s Red and White Building,\ninvolving EM as the Acting Head of the BMBK of Central Lampung, and GUN\nas the Chairman of the KPU of Central Lampung,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson\nBudi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta, Thursday (26\/2).<\/p>\n
In addition, Budi said that the KPK also summoned two private\nindividuals with the initials ERS and WR as witnesses in the case.<\/p>\n
Previously, the KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) on December\n9-10, 2025, and secured five people.<\/p>\n
On December 11, 2025, the KPK announced the five individuals as\nsuspects, namely the Regent of Central Lampung, Ardito Wijaya (AW), a\nmember of the Central Lampung DPRD, Riki Hendra Saputra (RHS), the\nyounger brother of the Regent of Central Lampung who is also the\nChairman of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Central Lampung, Ranu Hari\nPrasetyo (RNP), the Acting Head of the Regional Revenue Agency of\nCentral Lampung who is also a close relative of Ardito Wijaya, Anton\nWibowo (ANW), and the Director of PT Elkaka Putra Mandiri, Mohamad\nLukman Sjamsuri (MLS).<\/p>\n
The five individuals are suspected of receiving gifts or promises\nrelated to the procurement of goods and services, as well as other\nreceipts in the Central Lampung Regency government in the 2025 fiscal\nyear.<\/p>\n
The KPK suspects that Ardito Wijaya received Rp5.75 billion in\nconnection with the case, and used Rp5.25 billion to pay off bank loans\nfor campaign needs during the 2024 Regional Elections. (Ant\/P-3)<\/p>\n
