        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is\ninvestigating assets belonging to former Head of the Hulu Sungai Utara\nDistrict Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Albertinus Parlinggoman Napitupulu (APN),\nwhich are registered under other people\u2019s names.<\/p>\n<p>KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the probe was conducted by\nthe anti-corruption agency during the examination of five witnesses in\nthe alleged extortion case involving three prosecutors at the Hulu\nSungai Utara District Prosecutor\u2019s Office in South Kalimantan on\nWednesday (1\/4).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll witnesses attended. The investigators are tracing assets owned\nby suspect APN that are registered under the names of those witnesses,\nincluding land, buildings, and vehicles,\u201d Budi told journalists in\nJakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The five witnesses are private individuals named Rusdin Tjeho,\nRovario Galleh Suharto, I Gede Delta Malianus, Mukli Tauhid, and\nSudirman.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) in Hulu Sungai\nUtara Regency, South Kalimantan, on 18 December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>On 19 December 2025, KPK announced the arrest of six people in the\noperation, including Hulu Sungai Utara District Prosecutor Albertinus\nParlinggoman Napitupulu and Head of Intelligence Section at the Hulu\nSungai Utara District Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Asis Budianto.<\/p>\n<p>On the same date, KPK announced the seizure of hundreds of millions\nof rupiah in the case allegedly related to extortion.<\/p>\n<p>Then, on 20 December 2025, KPK named Albertinus Parlinggoman\nNapitupulu (APN), Asis Budianto (ASB), and Tri Taruna Fariadi (TAR),\nHead of Civil and Administrative Section at the Hulu Sungai Utara\nDistrict Prosecutor\u2019s Office, as suspects in the alleged extortion case\nin law enforcement processes at the Hulu Sungai Utara District\nProsecutor\u2019s Office for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>However, on that date, only Albertinus Napitupulu and Asis Budianto\nwere detained by KPK because Tri Taruna was still at large.<\/p>\n<p>Two days later, on 22 December 2025, the Attorney General\u2019s Office\nhanded over Tri Taruna to KPK. The anti-corruption agency then detained\nhim for the first 20 days.<\/p>\n<p>On 24 December 2025, KPK announced the seizure of one four-wheeled\nvehicle belonging to the Tolitoli Regency Government after searching\nthree houses of Albertinus Napitupulu.<\/p>",
