The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has interrogated Bengkulu\nCity Regional Councillor Vinna Ledy Anggraheni on two separate occasions\nprior to seizing two of the legislator\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n
\u201cInvestigators previously conducted examinations of VLA in her\ncapacity as a witness. The examinations took place on 4 and 10 August\n2026 at the KPK Merah Putih Building, Jakarta,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson\nBudi Prasetyo in Jakarta on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Budi stated that investigators are deepening their investigation into\nVinna Ledy\u2019s knowledge regarding several procurement projects in\nBengkulu City.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe witness\u2019s statements will, of course, be reviewed, analysed, and\nconfirmed against the statements of other witnesses, including findings\nfrom searches, to assist investigators in constructing a complete case,\u201d\nhe added.<\/p>\n
One of the suspects in the alleged bribery case involving projects\nwithin the Rejang Lebong Regency Government is the Regent of Rejang\nLebong, Muhammad Fikri Thobari.<\/p>\n
The KPK subsequently announced the expansion of the investigation\ninto the case on 20 July 2026. However, at that time, the KPK had not\nyet named any suspects in the expanded investigation.<\/p>\n
On 26 July 2026, the KPK conducted searches at several locations in\nBengkulu City, including the offices and residences of private parties\ninvolved in medical equipment and waste management, as well as the\nresidence of the Head of the Bengkulu City Public Works and Spatial\nPlanning Office, Noprisman.<\/p>\n
The KPK stated that these searches were related to the investigation\nof alleged corruption involving state officials or authorities within\nthe Bengkulu City Government.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the KPK seized a vehicle belonging to Vinna Ledy in\nSouth Jakarta on 10 August 2026.
