        "content": "<p>The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the\nexamination of two witnesses in the investigation of an alleged bribery\ncase concerning the filling of regional apparatus positions and\/or the\nreceipt of gratuities in Kuantan Singingi Regency (Kuansing), Riau\nProvince, for the 2021-2026 period. The two individuals are Suprapto,\nHead of Sub-Directorate for Forest Area Designation Region I at the\nDirectorate of Forest Area Designation, Directorate General of Forestry\nPlanning, Ministry of Forestry, and Dalu Agung Darmawan, Director\nGeneral of Agrarian Affairs at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and\nSpatial Planning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN).<\/p>\n<p>Based on information gathered, Suprapto and Dalu Agung have complied\nwith the investigators\u2019 summons. Suprapto arrived at the KPK office at\n09.18 WIB, while Dalu Agung arrived at 10.35 WIB. Both are currently\nundergoing questioning. KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo confirmed the\nexamination in a written statement, referring to the witnesses by their\ninitials, S and DAD.<\/p>\n<p>The KPK is currently prosecuting three individuals in this case,\nwhich was uncovered through a sting operation (OTT). The suspects are\nKuansing Regent Suhardiman Amby, Kuansing Regional Secretary Zulkarnain,\nand Director of PT Mitra Ideal Consultant (MIC) Ardiles, for alleged\nbribery related to positions. Suhardiman is also being processed for\nalleged other receipts related to the release of a Limited Production\nForest (HPT) area. The suspects are currently detained for 20 days until\n20 July 2026 at the State Detention Centre (Rutan) branch of the KPK\u2019s\nMerah Putih Building.<\/p>\n<p>Suhardiman, as the recipient, is suspected of violating Article 12\nletter a or letter b and\/or Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication\nLaw. Meanwhile, Zulkarnain and Ardiles, as the givers, are suspected of\nviolating Article 605 or Article 606 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of\n2023 concerning the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law Number 1 of\n2026 concerning Criminal Adjustments in conjunction with Article 20\nletter c of the Criminal Code. Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni has\nbeen implicated in the case but has not yet been examined. The Secretary\nGeneral of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) has reported the\nrejection of a gratuity he received from the Kuansing Regent to the KPK.\nHowever, the KPK rejected the report and will further investigate Raja\nJuli\u2019s role in the ongoing investigation.<\/p>",
