        "content": "<p>During today\u2019s examination, witnesses were questioned in depth about\nthe planning processes and requests for CSR funds made by the suspect,\nMayor of Madiun, to private parties,\u201d said KPK spokesperson Budi\nPrasetyo to reporters on Monday (11\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Today, the KPK also examined two other witnesses, namely Acting Head\nof the Transportation Department of the Madiun City Government, Agus\nMursidi (AM), and Agus Tri Tjatanto (ATT), as the Secretary of the\nPublic Works Department of the Madiun City Government. They were\nquestioned regarding permits to private parties that were not issued\nunless CSR was provided as requested by Maidi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThus, the element of threat or extortion becomes strong in the\nconstruction of this case, including allegations of receipts made by\nseveral departments from private parties, which are also suspected to be\nfor the needs of the Mayor of Madiun,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Bagus himself finished being examined by the KPK at 17:49 WIB. He was\nexamined for more than 10 hours since 07:39 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>After being examined, Bagus was brief in his statements.
