KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto stated that\ndiscussions have already taken place, demonstrating the Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Office\u2019s seriousness in following up on the matter. He\nacknowledged that a verbal request has been made for the KPK to\nsupervise the case after the Police\u2019s Anti-Corruption Corps\n(Kortastipidkor) handed over the investigation to the Attorney General\u2019s\nOffice. Setyo explained that the KPK\u2019s authority to supervise corruption\ncases is stipulated in Article 6 letter d of Law Number 19 of 2019\nconcerning the KPK.
