        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has\nassisted two foreign national directors of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero)\nin filling out the state organiser\u2019s wealth report (LHKPN).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor Garuda\u2019s directors, assistance has already been provided\nregarding the completion of the LHKPN,\u201d said KPK Deputy for Prevention\nand Monitoring Aminudin to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Aminudin further stated that the assistance for the two foreign\nnationals was carried out in early April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn early April 2026, assistance was provided to Garuda\u2019s directors,\nincluding the two foreign national directors,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Garuda became one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs)\nwith foreign national directors.<\/p>\n<p>They are Balagopal Kunduvara, Director of Finance and Risk\nManagement, and Neil Raymond Mills, Director of Transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Their appointments were based on the decision of the Extraordinary\nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 15 October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Balagopal Kunduvara last served as Divisional Vice President of\nFinancial Services at Singapore Airlines from 2021 to 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Neil Raymond last served as Aviation Consultant at NM\nAviation Limited from 2022 to 2025 and as Chief Procurement Officer and\nHead of Transformation at Scandinavian Airlines from 2024 to 2025.<\/p>",
