\u201cThis is the initial process (administrative sanctions in the form of\na temporary suspension). It is only the imposition of administrative\nsanctions. So, how long will these administrative sanctions be in\neffect? These administrative sanctions will be in effect for three\nmonths,\u201d said Rinardi, when met at his office, Thursday (February 26,\n2026).<\/p>\n
The administrative sanctions against PT Bahtera Tullus Karya were\nsigned on February 24, 2026.<\/p>\n
Therefore, before May 24, 2026, the company is obliged to fulfil\nseveral requests from KP2MI.<\/p>\n
In the process of imposing administrative sanctions in the form of a\ntemporary suspension, PT Bahtera Tullus Karya is obliged to fulfil a\nnumber of obligations.<\/p>\n
The company must submit a list of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI)\nwho have been placed in the Middle East in the last two years, along\nwith a list of its business partners in the region.<\/p>\n
PT Bahtera Tullus Karya must also improve and complete the company\u2019s\nfacilities and infrastructure to meet the standards of feasibility and\ncompliance in accordance with the provisions on the placement and\nprotection of PMI.<\/p>\n
