        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Army Strategic Reserve Command (Kostrad) is\npromoting a healthy lifestyle through 5km and 10km running races as part\nof its 65th Anniversary celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>Kostrad Run 2026, held at the National Monument (Monas) in Jakarta on\nSunday morning, was officially opened by the Coordinating Minister for\nPolitical and Security Affairs, General TNI (Ret.) Djamari Chaniago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to thank all the participants of Kostrad Run today.\nGood luck in the race, and to the committee, I remind you to please\nrecord those who achieve excellence on this occasion,\u201d said Djamability\nat the starting line.<\/p>\n<p>Also in attendance were the Commander of Kostrad, Lieutenant General\nTNI Mohammad Fadjar; the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (KSAD),\nGeneral TNI Maruli Simanjuntak; the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian\nNavy (KASAL), Admiral TNI Muhammad Ali; and the Chief of Staff of the\nAir Force (KSAU), Air Marshal TNI Mohamad Tonny Harjono.<\/p>\n<p>Also present were Deputy Minister of Defence Donny Ermawan Taufanto,\nMinister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto,\nand the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional\nDevelopment Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to fostering a culture of healthy living, Kostrad Run\n2026, which was attended by approximately 10,000 runners, also aims to\nrealise the TNI\u2019s commitment to helping improve national sporting\nachievements.<\/p>\n<p>Kostrad Head of Information, Colonel Arm. Asep Hendra Budiana, stated\nthat Kostrad Run also serves as a platform for identifying the next\ngeneration of runners capable of competing at both national and\ninternational levels.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of entertainment programmes enlivened the event. Various\nmain weapons systems were displayed at the Monas Square, including\nLeopard, Astros, Caesar, Mistral, and ATAV tanks.
