        "content": "<p>Kostrad members attack police HQ<\/p>\n<p>MAKASSAR, South Sulawesi: The provincial police headquarters<br>\nwas attacked by a group of men believed to be members of the<br>\nArmy's Strategic Army Reserves Command (Kostrad) on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported in the brief attack, and the only<br>\ndamages were to the guard post in front of the police<br>\nheadquarters compound.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses said the attackers got off five military trucks, a<br>\nKijang and a Daihatsu Espass van, before vandalizing the guard<br>\npost.<\/p>\n<p>Security has tightened at both the police headquarters and the<br>\nKostrad base in Kariango area following the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Many linked the attack to a brawl between policemen and<br>\nKostrad personnel last Sunday, which resulted in four soldiers<br>\nbeing injured.<\/p>\n<p>Provincial police chief Brig. Gen. Mudji Santoso would not<br>\nconfirm the speculation, saying the previous incident had been<br>\nsettled.
