        "content": "<p>Kosambi barred from industry<\/p>\n<p>TANGERANG (JP): Kosambi district was designed for warehouse<br>\ndevelopments, not as industrial estate, as stipulated in the<br>\nTangerang regency spatial planning regulations, local<br>\nadministration spokesman Machdiar said recently.<\/p>\n<p>\"So we urge businessmen who have built factories in Kosambi to<br>\nmove to other areas,\" Machdiar told reporters.<\/p>\n<p>He was responding to local councillors who discovered during a<br>\nrecent visit to Kosambi that some warehouses were being used as<br>\nfactories.<\/p>\n<p>Owners of the factories told the councillors they had obtained<br>\npermits from the local administration. They also suggested that<br>\nthe spatial planning regulations be revised to allow for the<br>\nincreased industrial activities in the area.<\/p>\n<p>According to Machdiar, Regent Agus Djunara had ordered<br>\nofficials in the regency office of the Ministry of Industry and<br>\nTrade not to issue permits to people who wished to change the<br>\ndesignation of their building's usage in Kosambi.
