        "content": "<p>Korlantas Police Chief Irjen Pol Agus Suryonugroho revealed the\nresults of the analysis and evaluation of Operation Ketupat 2026, which\nsecured this year\u2019s Eid homecoming and return flows.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement received on Wednesday (1\/4), he stated that Polri\nrecorded a green report with a significant reduction in accident\nfatality rates amid the surge in homecoming and return traffic.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation data shows a sharp decline in the number of fatalities\n(MD) by 31.19 per cent, or 136 lives fewer compared to last year\u2019s Eid\nperiod.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, he said, the number of traffic accident cases also decreased\nby 6.31 per cent from 3,754 cases to 3,517 cases. A decline was also\nrecorded in the category of serious injuries (LB) by 13.8 per cent.
