Kontras highlighted Indonesia\u2019s current position as President of the\nUN Human Rights Council. According to Jane, this status is a significant\ngamble if the state fails to resolve the case transparently,\nimpartially, and accountably, reaching the intellectual actors.<\/p>\n
This demand aligns with international attention from the UN Special\nRapporteur and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, who are\ndemanding full accountability for attacks on human rights defenders in\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Metro Jaya Police confirmed they have identified two\nsuspected perpetrators with initials BHC and MAK.
