LBH Jakarta Director Fadhil Alfathan explained\nthat the attack on Andrie goes beyond mere assault and meets the\nelements of attempted premeditated murder with involvement. \u201cTherefore,\nas the advocacy team for democracy, we have taken official steps by\nwriting to the investigators to immediately apply Article 459 in\nconjunction with Article 17 in conjunction with Article 20 of the\nNational Criminal Code,\u201d Fadhil stated during a press conference in\nJakarta on Wednesday, 18 March 2026.
