        "content": "<p>Strengthening the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) is one of\nseven points of change in the revision of Law No.\u00a02 of 2002 on the\nIndonesian National Police (Polri), according to House of\nrepresentatives (DPR) Commission III Chairman Habiburokhman during a\nworking meeting with Justice Minister Supratman Andi Agtas, which marked\nthe first discussion on the Polri law revision. \u2019 Seven, strengthening\nof tasks and functions and re structuring Kompolnas\u2019s role,\u2019\nHabiburokhman said in the working meeting, as quoted from TV\nParliament\u2019s YouTube broadcast on Monday (25\/5\/2026). \u2019 Second,\nstrengthening oversight functions and applying transparency principles\nusing modern technology and information tools,\u2019 he added. \u2019 Third,\nguarantees of Polri\u2019s neutrality and professionalism in its human\nresource management and career system,\u2019 Habiburokhman stated. \u2019 Fourth,\nstrict and clear regulation of Polri members serving outside the\ninstitution,\u2019 he said. \u2019 Sixth, implementation of a curriculum that\nincludes humanitarian, democratic, and human rights protection\nprinciples as a reflection of a modern democratic state,\u2019 he added.\nDuring the working meeting, DPR Commission III formally established an\nad hoc committee (panja) for the Polri law revision, chaired by\nHabiburokhman.
