"summary": "Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) has summoned Google and Meta for questioning over suspected violations of Government Regulation No. 17 of 2025 on the Governance of Electronic Systems for Child Protection (PP Tunas). During sessions on 6 and 7 April 2026, the companies faced 29 questions focusing on compliance with related ministerial regulations, particularly Article 30, which mandates age-appropriate access restrictions and enhanced personal data protection for children. While platforms like X and Bigo Live have fully complied, TikTok and Roblox are partially cooperative but require more time, underscoring the government's firm stance on enforcing these laws for businesses operating in Indonesia.",
