The Head of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police Education and\nTraining School (SPN), Kombes Norul Hidayat, has won the Hoegeng Awards\n2026 in the \u2018Police with Integrity\u2019 category. He has demonstrated\ndiscipline and firmness in eradicating illegal levies (pungli) within\nhis ranks while emphasising moral values for SPN students.<\/p>\n
The peak ceremony of the Hoegeng Awards 2026 was held at The Tribrata\nDarmawangsa, South Jakarta, on Friday (31\/07\/2026). The event was\nattended by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, General Listyo\nSigit Prabowo, and the Chairman of CT Corp, Chairul Tanjung, alongside\nvarious ministers and leaders of state institutions.<\/p>\n
The award for the Integrity category was announced by Alissa\nQotrunnada Wahid, a member of the Hoegeng Awards Expert Board and\nNational Director of the GUSDURian Indonesia Network. The trophy for\nKombes Norul Hidayat was presented by General Listyo Sigit Prabowo,\nalongside Chairul Tanjung and the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication\nCommission (KPK), Setyo Budiyanto.<\/p>\n
The announcement marks the conclusion of a long selection process\nthat began early this year. The selection involved a five-member Expert\nBoard comprising Alissa Qotrunnada Wahid (Gusdurian Indonesia), Putu\nElvina (National Commission on Human Rights), Dr.\u00a0Mas Achmad Santosa\n(former Acting KPK Leader), Gufron Mabruri (National Police Commission),\nand Dr.\u00a0Habiburokhman (Chairman of Commission III of the House of\nRepresentatives).<\/p>\n
Kombes Norul Hidayat has served as the Head of SPN Polda Bangka\nBelitung since late 2023. He is regarded as a leader who upholds\ndiscipline, firmness, and integrity. Members of the SPN, parents of\nstudents, and civilians alike have noted his emphasis on eradicating\nillegal levies, ensuring budget transparency, maintaining administrative\norder, and enforcing regulations within the educational environment. Furthermore, Kombes Norul is known for his simplicity. Despite his\nhigh rank, he avoids a luxurious lifestyle.
