        "content": "<p>Koja land appropriation<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The appropriation of land to make way for the<br>\nconstruction of a shipping container terminal in  Koja, North<br>\nJakarta, will be completed one year ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Sri Rahardjo, development head for the terminal project, told<br>\nAntara yesterday that the land appropriation was originally<br>\nscheduled for completion in March 1996.<\/p>\n<p>\"But as of this month, 76 percent of the land has been<br>\nappropriated, so we are optimistic that all of the land will be<br>\nappropriated by March of this year,\" Sri Rahardjo said.<\/p>\n<p>He attributed this to the efficient compensation process that<br>\npaid residents quickly. \"All residents can get their compensation<br>\nmoney at any time.\" (bas)<\/p>",
