The Klungkung Regency Government has once again maintained an\nUnqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI).\nThis marks the 11th consecutive achievement for the Klungkung\nadministration since 2015.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe WTP opinion we have achieved again is not merely a routine or\nadministrative formality. It is tangible evidence of our strong\ncommitment to managing the regional budget (APBD) with honesty,\ntransparency, and accountability,\u201d stated the Regent of Klungking, I\nMade Satria, in a statement on Tuesday (9\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n
The Audit Result Report (LHP) from BPK RI regarding the Financial\nStatements of Local Governments across Bali for the 2025 Fiscal Year was\npresented by the Head of the BPK Bali Provincial Representative, I Gusti\nNgurah Satria Perwira, at the Main Session Room of the Bali Provincial\nDPRD Building, Denpasar, on Monday (8\/6). The handover of the LHP was\nalso attended by the Chairman of the Klungkung DPRD, Anak Agung Anom,\nand the Klungkung Regional Secretary, Anak Agung Lesmana. Also present\nwere the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster, along with regents and mayors\nfrom across Bali.<\/p>\n
Satria expressed pride in the achievement but emphasised the need for\ncontinued vigilance regarding the WTP status. He noted that the WTP\npredicate should serve as motivation for the Klungkung Regency\nGovernment to continuously improve the quality of public services.<\/p>\n
\u201cGood financial governance is the primary foundation for accelerating\nregional development and increasing public welfare. Moving forward, we\nwill strengthen internal controls and asset management innovation to\nensure that development programmes are well-targeted and their impacts\nare felt by the community,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
During the event, Satria expressed his gratitude for the guidance and\ndirection provided by BPK RI. He also commended the various Regional\nApparatus Organisations (OPD) of the Klungkung Regency Government and\nthe Klungkung DPRD for their commitment to financial governance.<\/p>\n
The leadership of BPK RI, Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana, explained that the\nWTP opinion is granted based on four indicators: compliance with\ngovernment accounting standards, adequacy of disclosures, compliance\nwith regulations, and the effectiveness of internal controls.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe audit is guided by state financial audit standards in accordance\nwith BPK Regulation Number 1 of 2026.
