        "content": "<p>KL firm unveils RI project<\/p>\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones): -Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd.<br>\nThursday said a Malaysian consortium has discussed providing Rp<br>\n800 billion (US$81.6 million) for the cost of land to revive a<br>\nroad project in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium comprises Perspec Prime (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.<br>\nand Comtrac Sdn. Bhd., both units of industrial group DRB-Hicom<br>\nBhd.,  Road Builder's unit Road Builder (M) Sdn. Bhd., and<br>\nRanhill Corp. Sdn. Bhd.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Road<br>\nBuilder said the land cost would be part of the total cost of the<br>\nJakarta Outer Ring Road toll project.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium is discussing the revival with the Indonesian<br>\nBank Restructuring Agency.<\/p>\n<p>Road Builder said the total financing cost of the project was<br>\nIDR1.2 trillion and that the portion to be financed by the<br>\nMalaysian consortium is still being negotiated.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the equity structure was also under<br>\ndiscussion.<\/p>",
