(MAB) to<br>\nmanage the design, construction and commissioning of four<br>\nprojects at the new Kuala Lumpur International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>Sepakat Setia Perunding-Tarmac Black Veatch Sdn. Bhd. will<br>\nmanage the design, construction and commissioning of car parks,<br>\ncar rental facilities, a foodcourt and common amenities worth 300<br>\nmillion ringgit (US$120 million).<\/p>\n<p>&quot;All these four business packages are financed fully by MAB,&quot;<br>\nits managing director Khairuddin Ibrahim said at the signing of<br>\nthe project management consultancy agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-billion-ringgit airport, about 30 kilometers (14<br>\nmiles) from Kuala Lumpur, is expected to be completed late next<br>\nyear.<\/p>\n<p>Khairuddin said the short-term and long-term car park projects<br>\nwill cost 255 million ringgit.<\/p>\n<p>The short-term car park project is for a covered seven-story<br>\nbuilding which can accommodate 6,500 cars while the long-term car<br>\npark has 6,000 bays.<\/p>",
