        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia (KISI) has\ndisclosed that it has between 7 and 8 companies in its Initial Public\nOffering (IPO) pipeline, with the highest asset values reaching Rp2 to\nRp3 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe total number of IPOs currently is approximately seven to eight\ncompanies,\u201d stated KISI President Director Kyoung Hun Nam during the\nKISI Challenge The Next Wave event in Jakarta on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Kyoung Hun Nam revealed that the companies within KISI\u2019s IPO pipeline\noriginate from the banking, tourism, mining and infrastructure sectors.\n\u201cThe sectors are banking, and of course tourism, mining and\ninfrastructure,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>These companies therefore fall into the large-scale asset category,\npursuant to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation Number\n53\/POJK.04\/2017. \u201cThe highest value currently is approximately Rp2\ntrillion to Rp3 trillion,\u201d Kyoung Hun Nam stated.<\/p>\n<p>As of 20 February 2026, PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) reported\neight companies in the pipeline to conduct IPOs in the Indonesian\ncapital market. Of these eight companies, five are large-scale\nenterprises with assets exceeding Rp250 billion, and three are mid-scale\nenterprises with assets between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of sector breakdown, two companies are in the raw materials\nsector, two in the financial sector, and one in the transport and\nlogistics sector. Additionally, one company operates in the primary\nconsumer goods sector, one in energy, and one in industry.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout this year to 20 February 2026, BEI noted that no companies\nhave conducted IPOs in the Indonesian capital market, bringing the total\nnumber of listed companies in Indonesia to 956.<\/p>",
