        "content": "<p>The Ministry of Defence (Kemenhan) has begun implementing a Komponen\nCadangan (Komcad) education programme for 4,000 civil servants (ASN).\nHead of Bacadnas Kemenhan, Lieutenant General Gabriel Lema, expressed\nthanks to 49 ministries and state institutions that have sent 2,000 ASN\nto participate in the 1.5-month Komcad education. \u201cThis is the first\nprogramme of the year, in this first wave, 2,000 ASN will join to\nundergo latsarmil (military basic training),\u201d said Gabriel at Monas,\nCentral Jakarta, on Monday (13\/4\/2026). Gabriel released the ASN to\nattend Komcad education at six TNI education and training institutions.\nThe six designated training locations are Rindam Jaya in Condet, East\nJakarta; Pasmar 1 in Cilandak, South Jakarta; Wingdik 500 at Lanud Atang\nSendjaja in Bogor Regency; and Pusdikkes Puskessad in Kramat Jati, East\nJakarta. Additionally, Puskom Bela Negara Kemenhan in Rumpin, Bogor\nRegency; and finally, the Language Centre at Halim Perdanakusuma, East\nJakarta. Gabriel explained that the basis for the Komcad education\nprogramme is Articles 27 and 30 of the 1945 Constitution, which regulate\nnational defence.
