        "content": "<p>The Kemayoran Complex Management Centre (PPK Kemayoran) has\nofficially announced a large-scale revitalisation plan for the state\nasset Bandar Kemayoran Golf. This step is marked by the operational name\nchange to Kemayoran Indah Golf as part of a strategy to optimise Non-Tax\nState Revenue (PNBP) and integrated area development. To facilitate the\nfacility improvement project, operations at the golf course located in\nCentral Jakarta will be temporarily closed to the public until the end\nof 2027. \u201cAs the area manager, PPK Kemayoran has a responsibility to\nensure every state asset provides optimal benefits for the community and\nthe state. This revitalisation is part of a sustainable area\ntransformation to realise Kemayoran as a more vibrant, modern, and\nhighly competitive area,\u201d said PPK Kemayoran President Director Teddy\nRobinson Siahaan via an official statement on Wednesday (10\/6\/2026).\nThis development project is carried out through a management cooperation\nscheme between PPK Kemayoran\u2014as a Public Service Agency (BLU) under the\nMinistry of State Secretariat\u2014and PT Accola Hotel Indonesia, which has\nbeen initiated since December 2025. President Director of PT Accola\nHotel Indonesia, Haryadi, explained that the temporary operational\nclosure is absolutely necessary to provide space for the construction\nprocess, improvement of the course grass quality, addition of modern\nsupporting facilities, and operational arrangements for safe and precise\nexecution. \u201cWe believe this transformation will present an international\nstandard golf facility equipped with various modern supporting\nfacilities. Our target is to develop this place into part of a sport\ntourism ecosystem, lifestyle destination, and leading lifestyle activity\ncentre in Jakarta,\u201d Haryadi explained. Furthermore, Teddy Robinson\nelaborated that the improvement of Kemayoran Indah Golf does not stand\nalone but is intertwined with the masterplan for developing the former\nKemayoran Airport into an inclusive central business district (CBD).\nGoing forward, this area is directed to adopt modern urban planning\ntrends through a mixed-use development concept. This concept\nharmoniously integrates residential functions, business centres, sports\nfacilities, green open spaces (RTH), and recreation in one\ninterconnected ecosystem. \u201cEvery transformation process certainly\nrequires time and adjustment.
