A video circulating on the X platform has drawn public scrutiny due\nto conversations allegedly involving the distribution of commissions for\nthe KDMP development project. In the circulating footage, a woman in\ncivil servant (ASN) uniform is seen conversing in Javanese with a man\nidentified as a member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces\n(TNI).<\/p>\n
Clarification regarding the video was provided directly by Lieutenant\nColonel Inf Dhavid Nur Hadiansych via a video statement. In his\nstatement, Dhavid ensured that there are no practices involving the sale\nof KDMP programme points as alleged in the video.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is no practice of buying or selling KDMP points in the Greater\nKediri region. I declare that the video is untrue,\u201d said Dhavid, as\nreported on Monday (18\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n
Dhavid explained that the KDMP programme is a central government\nprogramme implemented based on Presidential Instruction Number 9 of\n2025. In its implementation, local governments are responsible for\nproviding land, while the construction is carried out by the Military\nDistrict Command (Kodim) with budget support from Agrinas.<\/p>\n
According to him, the entire construction process is conducted openly\nusing a labour-intensive system and is directly supervised by the Kodim\nranks down to the field-level Babinsa (village-level officers).<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is not a project. This is a Presidential programme for the\ncommunity. There is no intervention from civil servants or any other\nparties,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
He also expressed his objection because his name and the TNI\ninstitution were misappropriated in the viral video without prior\nclarification. Dhavid emphasised that during his tenure as the Commander\nof Kodim 0809 Kediri, he has never been involved in practices such as\nthose alleged.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe immediately gathered all my staff, the sub-district commanders\n(Danramil), my staff, and the media. We reported that the video is\nuntrue and that the videos are hoaxes. Primarily, regarding legal steps\nfor the video creator, I declare that I will take firm legal action,\u201d he\nasserted.<\/p>\n
