        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) has ensured\nthat services for passengers with disabilities are guaranteed during the\n2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming and return flows for safety and comfort\nduring the journey.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the start, the stations were designed to be very\ndisability-friendly. So all points have lifts up to the platform,\u201d said\nKCIC Corporate Communication Manager, Emir Monti, at the KCIC Station in\nEast Jakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Emir stated that they provide special wide entrance gates so that\nwheelchairs can pass easily. Then, there are also special seats designed\nfor wheelchair users, wheelchair storage racks, and special toilets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo the facilities for the disabled and the elderly are quite\ncomplete,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, KCIC provides a variety of facilities ranging from\nregular and VIP waiting rooms, health posts, security posts, information\nposts, children\u2019s play areas, baby rooms, prayer rooms, lifts,\nescalators, and free WiFi for passengers.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, they will also add VIP rooms considering the high\ndemand. \u201cWe are preparing additional VIP waiting rooms to accommodate\nthe increasing number of First Class and Business Class passengers,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>This figure increased compared to the same period in 2025, which\nreached 202,007 passengers.
