"summary": "The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) has reaffirmed its zero-tolerance policy towards soldiers who breach legal and military discipline, with strict actions including military trials, disciplinary penalties, and dishonourable discharges. This stance comes amid an ongoing investigation into an acid attack on human rights activist Andrie Yunus, allegedly perpetrated by four active TNI personnel from the Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS), leading to the replacement of the BAIS chief as a measure of accountability. The TNI is enhancing internal oversight, leadership quality, and instilling values of discipline and integrity to support the government's rule of law agenda and ensure soldiers serve as exemplars.",
