The
system is expected to help both large business actors and MSMEs take
advantage of available partnership opportunities.

Meanwhile, Assistant II of the Kapuas Regional Secretariat,
Kusmiatie, who read the written remarks of the Kapuas Regency Regional
Secretary, said that investment development and downstreaming programmes
in Kapuas Regency are showing a positive trend.

Nevertheless, she said that investment growth must provide broader
benefits and not only be felt by large business actors.

“Investment growth must be inclusive and able to have a real impact
on the regional economy through strengthening MSMEs,” she said.

Kusmiatie added that the procedures and mechanisms for partnerships
between large businesses and MSMEs require legal certainty,
transparency, and a system capable of adapting to developments in
national regulations.

Therefore, the issuance of Minister of Investment and
Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Regulation No. 3 of 2025 is considered a
strategic step by the central government in refining previously
applicable provisions.

Through this socialisation, it is hoped that all stakeholders in
Kapuas Regency will have a shared understanding in building healthy,
productive business partnerships that provide benefits for MSME
development and the regional economy.
",
