        "content": "<p>Kanindotex shares for co-ops<\/p>\n<p>SEMARANG, Central Java (JP): PT Kanindotex has sold 25 million<br>\nof its shares to 270 cooperatives from various parts of the<br>\ncountry.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements on the share sales, which are favorable to the<br>\ncooperatives, were signed here Thursday in a ceremony attended by<br>\nMinister of Cooperatives and Small Enterprises Subiakto<br>\nTjakrawerdaya and Central Java Governor Soewardi.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Subiakto said that the cooperatives are expected to<br>\nrefrain from reselling the shares to other parties. He added that<br>\nthey are to use the funds generated from the share ownership to<br>\nincrease their capital.<\/p>\n<p>Under the arrangement, the cooperatives will pay for the<br>\nshares in installments, with 75 percent of the dividends received<br>\nfrom the company.
