This vacant plot near the station and Tanah Abang Market was\noriginally intended to be developed into flats by the Ministry of\nHousing and Settlement Areas (PKP). Deputy Director of PT KAI, Dody\nBudiawan, stated that the installation of the signage is to ensure that\nthe company\u2019s assets remain under its control, while also dispelling\nownership claims from other parties. \u201cWe will install signage, (its\nfunction) to explain the data of those assets,\u201d said Dody in a video\nuploaded to the Instagram account of Minister of PKP Maruarar Sirait,\n<span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"maruararsirait\">@maruararsirait<\/span>, on Saturday\n(18\/4\/2026).
