"summary": "PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) is mapping assets in Bandung for the development of vertical housing under a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) model, aimed at low-income residents, in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and the Bandung City Government. The project, centred around the Kiaracondong station, will integrate essential facilities such as healthcare, education, and places of worship, with initial commitments from private sectors to build 1,000 units through corporate social responsibility schemes. This initiative optimises state assets while enhancing economic efficiency for residents by providing direct access to rail transport, public spaces, and micro-business areas.",
