The General Chairman of the Solidarity Indonesia Party (PSI)\nDemocratic People\u2019s Consultative Assembly (DPP), Kaesang Pangarep,\ncontinued the PSI\u2019s Ramadan Safari series by visiting Pondok Pesantren\nAn-Nur, led by KH Yasin Nawawi, in Bantul, Yogyakarta, on Wednesday\nevening (11 March).<\/p>\n
During the visit, Kaesang arrived alongside the Daily Chairman of the\nPSI DPP Ahmad Ali and officials from the PSI Regional Board (DPW) of\nYogyakarta. This agenda formed part of the party\u2019s Ramadan fellowship\nactivities and served as a spiritual moment for party members.<\/p>\n
Before KH Yasin Nawawi, Kaesang requested prayers of blessing so that\nPSI would remain on the correct path in conducting political\nactivities.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur intention is to seek prayers of blessing, prayers so that our\npath improves, the path becomes straighter, without any deviations. If\nthere are any deviations, we are asking for advice from the religious\nscholar,\u201d Kaesang stated.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, he also requested prayers for all PSI members who are\ncurrently struggling alongside the party.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, Pak Kiai, once again we request your prayers of blessing and\nprayers for our PSI friends,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, PSI Daily Chairman Ahmad Ali emphasised that the Ramadan\nSafari activity was not a political consolidation agenda. He stated that\nthe visit was more focused on a spiritual journey and efforts to draw\ncloser to Islamic scholars.<\/p>\n
