My office suffers from constant interruptions to its <br>\nbroadband service. The signal often goes down to the extent that <br>\nwe have installed a dial up modem to the internet service <br>\nprovider. Constant complaints have yielded no significant <br>\nimprovements in service. The worst thing is that you cannot even <br>\nget to speak directly to KabelNet, the division of Kabelvision <br>\nthat provides the broadband service. If you have any complaints <br>\nyou have to speak to the internet service provider instead.<\/p>\n<p>I subscribed to the broadband service for my house more than <br>\nthree months ago and as a convenience arranged for all bills to <br>\nbe paid through my credit card automatically. After three months <br>\nmy service was cut off because Kabelvision failed to get their <br>\nact together and debit my credit card account. When this was <br>\nbrought up to them it took them three days of broken promises <br>\nbefore they could send a technician to my house and reconnect the <br>\nservice. That was a few days ago and they have since promised, <br>\nbut failed to reconnect the HBO channel to my service. All <br>\ncomplaints to Kabelvision have been met with buck passing between <br>\nthe customer service, marketing and billing departments.<\/p>\n<p>I would love to hear from Kabelvision where the buck stops in <br>\nthat labyrinthine and inefficient organization.
