        "content": "<p>Justice officials reject new head<\/p>\n<p>JAYAPURA, Papua: Dozens of civil servants at the Justice and<br>\nHuman Rights office here have protested for three consecutive<br>\ndays, demanding that the government cancel the appointment of<br>\nSukarno as the head of the office, as he was incapable of<br>\nleadership.<\/p>\n<p>Sukarno has served three years as the head of Immigration at<br>\nthe office.<\/p>\n<p>Antonius, a protester, said Sukarno was incapable of<br>\nrecruiting and filling 31 Immigration posts when he led the<br>\nsection.<\/p>\n<p>\"He was unable to lead even one section. We doubt that he can<br>\nlead a provincial office,\" he said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Sukarno was appointed on Jan. 23 by Minister of Justice and<br>\nHuman Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra, replacing JB Aronggear, who<br>\nhad retired.<\/p>\n<p>Sukarno was surprised upon learning that the protesters were<br>\nfellow civil servants and said he was ready to step down if the<br>\nminister ordered it. -- JP<\/p>",
