The judge declared that the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon vehicle, purchased\nby former Director of Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has been seized for\nthe state. The judge stated that the vehicle was bought by Dicky using\nbribe money related to a land corruption case for the benefit of PT\nParamitra Mulia Langgeng (PML).<\/p>\n
\u201cConsidering that the request to return the assets in the form of the\n2025 Jeep Rubicon vehicle with licence plate B-1792-LKZ and the black\nMitsubishi Pajero Sport vehicle with licence plate D-1686-AKG must be\nrejected. And declaring that the said vehicles are seized for the\nstate,\u201d said the judge while reading the verdict at the Central Jakarta\nCorruption Court, Thursday (9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n
The judge stated that the humanitarian reasons submitted by Dicky\ncould not erase his criminal liability in this case. Those reasons\nincluded Dicky being a single parent, the family\u2019s breadwinner who must\nsupport a child with special needs and another child suffering from a\nserious illness.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe panel of judges considers that these humanitarian reasons, as\nwell as the defendant\u2019s age of 58 years and his polite demeanour during\nthe trial, cannot erase the punishment, but are fully taken into account\nas mitigating circumstances in determining the length of the sentence\nimposed on the defendant,\u201d said the judge.<\/p>\n
The judge stated that the total bribes received by Dicky amounted to\nSGD 199,000. The first receipt was given directly by Djunaidi Nur,\nDirector of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML), which Dicky used to buy\ngolf equipment.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat is, first, the act of receiving SGD 10,000 from witness\nDjunaidi Nur in August 2024 at Senayan Golf Restaurant in Jakarta, which\nis proven to be linked to the defendant\u2019s authority in the process of\nrevising the RKU PBPH (Revision of the Work Plan for Forest Utilisation\nBusiness Licensing) that he was submitting to the Ministry of\nEnvironment and Forestry during the same period,\u201d said the judge.<\/p>\n
The judge said the second receipt amounted to SGD 189,000, which\nDicky used to pay off the purchase of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The\njudge stated that the money was handed over by Djunaidi\u2019s personal\nassistant, Aditya Simaputra, wrapped in old newspaper.<\/p>\n
\u201cSecond, the act of receiving SGD 189,000 from witness Djunaidi Nur\nthrough witness Aditya Simaputra on 1 August 2025 at the defendant\u2019s\noffice,\u201d said the judge.<\/p>\n
Previously, Dicky Yuana Rady was sentenced to four years in prison.\nThe judge stated that Dicky was proven to have received bribes related\nto his position for the benefit of the bribing company, PT Paramitra\nMulia Langgeng (PML).<\/p>\n
\u201cDeclaring that the Defendant Dicky Yuana Rady has been legally and\nconvincingly proven guilty of committing the criminal act of ongoing\ncorruption bribery as charged in the first alternative indictment,\u201d said\nthe chief judge Teddy Windiartono while reading the verdict at the\nCentral Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday (9\/4).<\/p>\n
\u201cImposing a prison sentence on the Defendant Dicky Yuana Rady of four\nyears,\u201d added the judge.<\/p>\n
The judge fined Dicky Rp 200 million, subsidiary to imprisonment for\n90 days. The judge also ordered Dicky to pay restitution of SGD 10,000,\nsubsidiary to imprisonment for one year.<\/p>\n
The aggravating circumstances of the sentence were that Dicky\u2019s\nactions did not support the government\u2019s ongoing anti-corruption\nprogramme. Furthermore, Dicky\u2019s actions damaged the integrity and\nobjectivity of leadership in state-owned enterprises, where the\ninstitution should have the responsibility to manage forest natural\nresources for the state\u2019s benefit.<\/p>\n
\u201d Mitigating circumstances: the defendant has never been convicted\nbefore, the defendant was polite and cooperative during the trial,\u201d said\nthe judge.<\/p>\n
