        "content": "<p>Judge adjouns students' trial<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Judge Moegihardjo of the South Jakarta District<br>\nCourt yesterday adjourned until march 23 the trial of six of the<br>\n12 National University students accused of destroying campus<br>\nproperty and assaulting members of the university's student<br>\nregiment.<\/p>\n<p>\"The trial has been postponed because witnesses who were<br>\nexpected to appear in court have not come, and I adjourn the<br>\ntrial until March 23,\" the judge said.<\/p>\n<p>The six defendants, who were scheduled to be tried yesterday,<br>\nare Yahdi Djamhur, Reza Pahlevi, Darmawan Bahtiar, Rakai Aria<br>\nDipa Erlangga, Benedictus Satrio Widyanarto and Budi Murdiyanto.<\/p>\n<p>They and the other six defendants -- all members of the<br>\nAssociation of Nature Lovers (Himpala) -- who are accused of<br>\nassaulting four members of the university's student regiment and<br>\nof burning down the regiment's headquarters on Oct. 18 last year.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged attack came after regiment members reportedly<br>\ndestroyed the association's secretariat on Oct. 14.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, at the Central Jakarta District Court today judge<br>\nTuaradja Siregar is scheduled to announce his verdict in the case<br>\nof the son of the leader of a powerful youth organization who<br>\nallegedly attacked and wounded the son of the Minister of<br>\nManpower, Abdul Latief.
