JSX issues warning to 14 listed firms<\/p>\n

The Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) announced on Wednesday it had
\nissued first warning letters to 14 listed companies for failing
\nto submit their first semester financial reports by last month's
\ndeadline.<\/p>\n
The JSX said in a statement the 14 companies had not offered
\nany indication of whether they wanted to submit the reports in
\nthe form of unaudited reports, limited reviews or audited
\nreports.<\/p>\n
Unaudited reports should be submitted by the end of July,
\nlimited reviews by the end of August and audited reports by the
\nend of September.<\/p>\n
The 14 companies are PT Bristol-Myers Squibb Indonesia, PT
\nEterindo Wahanatama, PT Semen Gresik, PT Surya Dumai Industry, PT
\nBumi Resources, PT Gajah Tunggal, PT GT Petrochem Industry, PT
\nSunson Textile Manufacture, PT Kopitime Dotcom, PT Manly Unitama
\nFinance, PT Bakrie Finance Corporation, PT Wicaksana Overseas, PT
\nDuta Anggada Realty and PT Krida Perdana Indahgraha.<\/p>\n
Regarding Semen Gresik, the company told the JSX the delay in
\nsubmitting its first-half financial report was caused because it
\nhad to wait for its subsidiary PT Semen Padang to submit its
\nfinancial account.<\/p>\n
Kopitime and Manly Unitama failed to submit reports because
\nboth are on the verge of being removed from the bourse, possibly
\nin September.<\/p>\n
The companies risk financial penalties for failing to submit
\nthe reports by the deadline. If they continue to fail to submit
\ntheir reports, they could be delisted.<\/p>",
