Lt. Teddy Setyawan spotted a group of nine people <br>\nallegedly attempting to smuggle fuel into East Timor from <br>\nLamaknen district in Belu regency.<\/p>\n<p>The soldiers managed to arrest them, but some got away and <br>\nfled into East Timor territory. Seconds later, a gunshot was <br>\nheard and Teddy fell to the ground with a bullet in his thigh, <br>\nsaid the chief of Indonesian Border Security Task Force, Lt.
