Munir's burial
\nset for Sunday<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The body of leading rights campaigner Munir is expected
\nto arrive in Indonesia on Saturday for burial, after doctors in
\nthe Netherlands completed an autopsy.<\/p>\n
One of Munir's colleagues, Todung Mulya Lubis, said Munir's
\nremains would be flown directly to Malang in East Java soon after
\narrival at Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 5 p.m. on Saturday.<\/p>\n
"There will be no procession to allow the public to pay their
\nlast respects at the airport," Todung said, adding that the
\nburial would take place on Sunday morning at Sisir Cemetery in
\nBatu, near Malang.<\/p>\n
On Thursday evening, dozens of non-governmental organization
\nactivists and journalists in Surabaya held a mass prayer for
\nMunir and for the victims killed in a terror attack in front of
\nAustralian Embassy in Jakarta earlier on Thursday.<\/p>\n
In Jakarta, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hassan Wirayuda said
\nthe Indonesian Embassy in The Hague had reported that the doctors
\nhad completed the autopsy on Munir and found no signs of
\nirregularities in the death of the rights activist.<\/p>\n
"The medical team said it would conduct another examination if
\nit found irregularities in the first autopsy," Hassan said.<\/p>\n
Hassan said, however, that Indonesia had not been given access
\nto the autopsy results, which would be submitted only to the
\nDutch justice ministry.<\/p>\n
"The ministry will decide whether the postmortem report will
\nbe handed over to Indonesia," Hassan said.<\/p>\n
Munir died onboard a flight to the Netherlands on Tuesday,
\njust two hours before landing at Schiphol International Airport.
\nHe had received a scholarship to pursue a master's degree on
\nhuman rights at Utrecht University.<\/p>",
