        "content": "<p>Jakarta - The former Director of PT Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has\nbeen sentenced to four years in prison for being proven to have received\na bribe amounting to S$199,000 from Djunaidi Nur, Director of PT\nParamitra Mulia Langgeng (PT PML), in a corruption case related to the\ncooperation in managing a forest area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn sentencing, the defendant is imposed with a prison term of four\nyears and a fine of Rp 200 million, subsidiary 90 days,\u201d stated the\nChief Judge, Teddy Windiartono, while reading the verdict at the Jakarta\nCorruption Court on Thursday (9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to receiving the bribe money, Dicky was also proven to\nhave accepted a gift in the form of one red Jeep Rubicon vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Cash of S$189,000 and the Rubicon vehicle had previously been seized\nby KPK investigators.<\/p>\n<p>In its verdict, the panel of judges ordered that both be confiscated\nand forfeited to restore state losses.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Dicky\u2019s act of receiving the bribe was deemed not to\nsupport the government\u2019s programme to run a clean government free from\ncorruption, collusion, and nepotism.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the mitigating factors were that Dicky had never\nbeen punished before and was cooperative during the trial.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky\u2019s actions were deemed to have violated Article 12 letter a or b\nin conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in\nconjunction with Article 127 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky was arrested by the KPK in a hand-catching operation (OTT)\ncarried out on Wednesday (13\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>In this OTT, the KPK secured nine people: Dicky, Raffles as\nCommissioner of PT Inhutani V; Djunaidi as Director of PT Paramitra\nMulia Langgeng (PT PML); Arvin as staff of PT PML; Joko from SB Group;\nand Sudirman from PT PML.<\/p>\n<p>Then, one arrested in Bekasi was Aditya as licensing staff of SB\nGroup.<\/p>\n<p>Then, one person in Depok was Bakhrizal Bakri as former Director of\nPT INH, and one person in Bogor was Yuliana as former Director of PT\nInhutani V.<\/p>\n<p>Dicky, along with PT PML Director Djunaidi Nur and Djunaidi\u2019s\nassistant, Aditya Simaputra, were designated as suspects one day\nlater.<\/p>",
