        "content": "<p>Indonesia\u2019s 7th President Joko Widodo has confirmed he will attend\nthe MPR Annual Session and the joint session of the House of\nRepresentatives (DPR) and the Regional Representatives Council (DPD),\nscheduled for Friday (14\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The confirmation was conveyed by Acting Secretary General of the MPR,\nSiti Fauziah, who has delivered an official invitation to Jokowi to\nattend the state agenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said, God willing, he will attend the MPR Annual Session and the\njoint DPR-DPD session, God willing he will be present,\u201d said Siti\nFauziah, as quoted from the <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"mprgoid\">@mprgoid<\/span> Instagram account on Thursday\n(13\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The MPR Annual Session and the joint DPR-DPD session will take place\nat the Nusantara Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta.
